不只做家電聲寶揪PanaHome蓋銀髮宅 - 蘋果日報

聲寶集團下午舉行記者會，宣布與日本PanaHome公司合作興建老人住宅社區，地點位在新北市土城捷運永寧站附近4000坪舊廠，已送件市府申請土地變更，聲寶打算投資10億元，興建3棟地上25樓住宅，其中1棟只租不售作為老人住宅，租給60歲至80歲健康且不需要人家照料的老人居住，總計200戶。
 
台灣進入高齡化社會，銀髮族商機愈來愈大，聲寶從加強銀髮家電商品研發，跨入銀髮住宅，引進PanaHome的規劃與設計能力，聲寶集團總裁陳盛沺與PanaHome社長藤井康照下午出席合作案記者會，陳盛沺笑說：「我已經66歲，大概是因為本身也是老人，所以對銀髮族住宅特別有興趣。」

海爾再陷收購GE家電傳聞 - 臺灣新浪網

　　對於鬧得沸沸揚揚的海爾參與競購美國GE公司家電業務的傳聞，青島海爾(600690.SH)證券事務代表劉濤在昨日給《第一財經日報》記者的書面回覆中表示，“公司目前不方便回應”。

　　2008年，GE公司也曾想出售家電業務，海爾是接洽者之一，後來GE放棄出售計劃。時隔六年，海爾能否接盤GE家電業務，仍有許多未知數。可以預測的是，如果海爾收購GE家電業務，將借力海外戰略投資者KKR，而且整合會比收購更難。

以生產電鬍刀及電動牙刷等產品聞名的德國百靈，即日起於台北SOGO復興館推出傳奇經典設計展，約有10款復古家電特別從德國空運來台，8/8後將移至中、南部展出，其中西元1960年推出的Atelier 1-81音響系統，結合收音機及唱機功能，堪稱阿公級家電，但唱盤已毀損無法使用；另德國百靈也推出限量復刻版計算機，售價1580元，僅限10台，現場也有電鬍刀特惠活動，最高現折4500元。

水泥、家電股氣爆重建需求大 - 聯合新聞網

高雄發生氣爆意外，初步判定為管線老舊問題所引起，各縣市主管機關表示將加強管線汰換。法人表示，後續製作鋼管的鋼鐵廠需求將隨之提升，再擴大範圍來看，災後重建的水泥、家電類股也可留意，但仍以短線題材居多，長線個股走勢還是回歸基本面。

法人指出，觀察上周五不銹鋼管廠彰源、美亞、大甲攻上漲停，允強漲幅近4%，股價表現轉為強勢，顯現類股已吸引市場資金目光。

在重大災難發生後，災後重建需求通常陸續湧現，舉例來說，台塑三年前六輕火災後，整廠換管線需求預算達120億元，以台灣近幾次動輒百億的換管線的商機動輒上百億元來看，若這次氣爆事件最後也引發新一波更換管線潮，鋼鐵廠業績將因此提升。

通用電氣出售家電業務海爾最有可能接盤 - 臺灣新浪網

　　中國家電企業一直在“走出去”拓展國際市場，但大部分在海外打自主品牌，都從新興國家市場起步，很難攻入歐美成熟市場。近日有消息指通用電氣將出售其家電業務，海爾被認為是最有可能的接盤者。

　　海爾有可能接盤通用家電業務

　　據國外媒體報導，通用電氣CEO傑弗里·伊梅爾特上周對投資者表示，“公司將大力發展燃氣機，噴氣式發動機及能源等核心業務，並退出非核心業務。”非核心業務中就包括了其家電業務。
